Vegan coconut ice cream
This recipe does not contain dairy products, eggs, is raw and vegan.
- 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk or yogurt
- ¼ cup of coconut sugar or agave
- 1 TBS. of coconut oil
- 1 tsp. of bourbon vanilla
Pour the coconut milk in a blender, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together. Blend for up to 2 minutes until well mixed. Pour into a small bowl and place in the freezer. Stir well every 30 to 40 minutes. Repeat this at least 4x, as this makes the ice cream even more creamy.
Take out of the fridge and serve with cocoa beans.
