Healthy Matcha cookies
Healthy Matcha cookies – a simple and delicious recipe, prepared in only 20 minutes.
- 1 cup (250g) of buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup (125g) of ground almonds
- 1 tsp. of Matcha Chai latte
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 bag baking powder
Mix the dry ingredients together and add 1/3 cup of olive oil. Stir everything together again and, if necessary, for a smooth mass, add half a cup of water. Using a tablespoon, spread the mass evenly on the baking pan and bake at 180° C – 200° C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
